Sorry cannot resist in these times of snake oil vendors....
My (real) cure is only to leave a window open in EVERY place I stay (work, home.... with extreme satisfaction from colleagues, friends, wife and daughter...:-). And avoid few oxigen places! Nothing else... but NOT easy!
I do not swear that's the solution.... but I do this from 4 years.... and I am still CH free...
