Any thinking person would have to ask you weather you are thinking about what you just said?
When you take narcotic that are prescribed it doesn't change the chemical compund into some magic substance that won't allow you to become addicted to it, I was drug free by choice for 13 years and for the past 5 months or so I have been taking the Oxy-contin, after my car wreck the Neuro doubled the dosage and just reducing back to the normal dosage put me through withdrawls just like I had been doing heroin for 5 months, I'm on my back to drug free-By Choice- but in my case the Oxy contin stopped a 32 year cycle that had increased to 15 attacks a day, I can handle the 3 to 7 a day but when it gets up over that it creates all types of other problems, sleep apneia, psychosis, rebound attacks and a host of physiocological problems, but to say that you can't become addicted to theraputic dosages of narcotics simply because they were prescribed is lunacy!
