Hello my friends! Did you think I forgot about you? Did you think I blew off the most important video project? Well, I’m sorry it has taken so long, but due to the events of September 11th, my timeline for finishing the project was delayed….
But the video is done! – And on the air I might add. We (WETM-TV, Elmira) are running the program in four parts this week during “sweeps.” Not only that, but the program is being promoted on one of the local radio stations as well. Lets just say it’s getting a lot of attention. Although a date has not been set, it will also run in it's entirety in the following weeks here on the station.
The video came out to 25 minutes – perfect for The Discovery Channel, The Learning Channel, etc. to run with commercials. Naturally it is available for sale – I’m sorry but I have to pay for tape stock, duplication and shipping so I can’t send it out for free, I hope you can understand. I did the work on my own time – to help keep the cost down, so there are no production charges tacked on. If you are interested, the price came out to $17.50 (this includes S&H). Keep in mind that this video is intended mainly for people who have never heard of Clusters – as the information will probably not be new for you, however it’s an excellent overview of the disease to let people know what we go through and how we deal with it. It’ll great for family members, friends, YOUR doctors…etc. if you wish to order a copy or two…
Spread the word that it’s done, I want to get copies out to as many people as possible – I will continue to work towards getting it on other networks, etc. I hope this letter finds you pain free !
