If you're stalled on the book, try using James Joyce's "Ulysses" as a sort of model. Begin simply, with "Once upon a time . . . ", and set your sights on ending with the word "Yes", as he does.
I want that book in my hand, Marie, and I want that meeting with coffee, as well.
Surely you must know that any message or thought from you means so much to so many of us, no one more than myself.
