Xanax isn't the trigger as he may have taken as much as 2 mg. a week until he was into the chronic for about 2 weeks. Prior to that he took one a week or none at all.
See my post above about chat angels and you will see a bit of an update. Actually he sleeps now, on and off, possibly with the help of some xanax and just plain exhaustion.
