My heart goes out to you, but you have, indeed, found THE place to be.
You mention all the medications that you've tried, and then you mention "countless others." I hate to belabor the obvious, but has your neurologist prescribed oxgen and verapamil? They are the first line of defense for many of us.
If the answer to the above is "no" and you want to know more, ask away, and you will be answered.
In any case, hold tight! You've found a great group of people who will, and do, travel this journey with you.
