You say you experienced some noticeable side-effects from your tea for four hours, if I am interpreting "out of my gourd" correctly. How many grams of mushrooms were used to make that cup of tea? It would be helpful for others to know, in order to adjust their dosage accordingly.
Glad to hear you had such a long stretch of painfree life. Hopefully this morning's shadow was just a temporary thing.
