And I agree with what a trigger is. But that doesn't take from the theory that SA can trigger CHs. I don't believe in the certain number of attacks theory, like it's preordained or fate. It MIGHT be fate that you will get attacks, but not how many.
Now, again, if clusterheads get triggered by alcohol in a cycle, why wouldn't they out of a cycle? Because that's the same question as if SA triggers CHs in a cycle why wouldn't they out of a cycle?
