is what my neuro diagnosed for some time. I had not heard of "constant clusters" but I knew that the pain never stopped, only went up and down the scale. Hang in there man, something's gotta help eventually. Make sure your doc is trying to help, and not trying to make one medication work. It took some time, but I got some relief.
