I have been using a combo of both for the last week. 25mg (1/2 of a 50...and yes they are a bitch to split) before I go to bed and the injection when it breaks thru. Still getting headaches, but much easier to live with. Sleep has always been the major issue with me, and if I can get a full night it is a blessing.
Interestingly enough, my ins. co limits the tabs, but not the injections..I understand that those are going to be limited soon as well tho.
