Nice article, but contrary to my experience. I've been taking 5 mg Amerge for 2 months, as well as maximum Imitrex inj for even longer. Day before yesterday, I stopped and began Topamax therapy (25mg). The last 48 hrs have been nearly constant rebound. Good news is only one cluster, which I took inj for, (I think further prolonging the rebound). Called my neuro and he says give the Topamax time and it will work. Sure hope so. This is hell.
