I lived in Ottawa from the summer of 1969 till early 1988, when I moved to my current country, the Dominican Republic. Ottawa is a beautiful city, but the winters are deadly -- Ottawa is the coldest capital city in the world. Colder than Oslo, colder than Moscow, colder than Reykjavik and Stockholm.
I still visit my parents in Ottawa twice a year, and visit Harvey's as often as I can in during my stay. Best burgers around, no doubt!
If you don't yet have a neurologist, let me recommend Dr. Hiram Rabinovitch. He treats many clusterheads and knows what he is doing. His office is in Centerpoint, off Baseline Road, but he spends most of his time at the Queensway Carleton Hospital.
