Extreme restlessness
Alcohol in a cycle - BAM
Most attacks begin during REM sleep
Cycles are very predictable - never more than 1 a year and remission periods have grown steadily
I only differ from the average clusterhead in the length of an attack - early years were always one distinct hour - later years an attack last for HOURS.
I will now refer to myself and yourself as "Classic Clusterheads"
