I just wanted to let all of you "regulars" know what a great service you perform. I don't post very often, but I start and end my day reading this message board. My beast has calmed down and tho I am still having my attacks daily, they have not been able to go much past a 6. I credit this to the fact that this board gives you the tools and courage to aggressively do battle with the demon. Not to mention the fact that you can always find someone who is having a much worse time than you are.
Keep up the good work. There are probably a lot of semi-silent posters like me that you never really know how much you help.
