I am 53 and they cycles have come farther and farther apart over the years ..from yearly to every 2 1/2 to 3 years. Oxygen has been a godsend to most episodics. Most insurance pays for it. The oxygen flow must be at least 7-8 lpw and the mask works better than the nose plugs. Imitrex and cafergot also seems to work. There are preventatives available of which you can check out on the left. Hang in there, there will be better days.
