Keep your eye on Frovatriptan. It's due to be released in the next month or two. They don't offer any info on clusters but most triptans do work on clusters. This one has a half-life of 26 hours. That means a pill a day keeps the headaches away (I hope).
You won't have to spend your lifetime with these things. OUCH will force a cure before then.
