I have an excellent doctor now, but I was an everyday banger for almost 9 years. I only get the CH every couple of years for 4-6 weeks. I seem to be starting them now after almost 3 years. I went to my doctor and he got the game plan out again. Predisone and corgard till it blows away. I told the Dr that I was lucky compared to many whose stories I read. He said that if it got extremely bad that there is a surgery that can be done. It didn't sound like it was something one does on a whim, but he said he had a very high rate of success. I don't know how I got through college. I had to plan everything around my CH schedule and studying was difficult. Don't give up. Theses things can be handled if you find the right DR and meds.
