Its like a regula headache in my eye but it doesn't hurt it just naggs at me. I know by this it won't be long before I am in great pain. But I have found that if I take imitrex at the first sign of a shadow I don't get a clusters. I am only getting about two a week now. Those are the ones with no warning, no shadow.
