From what I've read in multiple different research journals and similar, I strongly suspect that there should be a ration of about 1 male with CH to 1 woman with CH. The different observed ratios are more likely down to misdiagnosis, with many women being instead diagnosed with migraine or similar.

Plus it wasn't that long ago that a standard text book had CH impacting males with a lion like look (1980s), so expecting accuracy from people trained to that standard isn't too beneficial.
