On a serious note also. In the words from "Love Story" (and I'm old - I remember them) "Love, means never having to say you're sorry!"
Those who take offense at something YOU say have the problem not you. We're all in pain and we try to help each other. some by saying comforting things, others by humor. Each in his/her own way helps. By now, we should all know each other and take the words we say for what they are worth.
Bashing each other has no place anywhere and certainly not on this board. This board is for SUPPORT - in any form it comes. A lot of nights I've been ready to take the big sleep and someone has come up with a dig at me and made me laugh and it made all the difference in the world. But I'm one who responds to laughter rather than sympathy.
Our heads hurt bad enough, we sure don't need our feeling hurt also.
Of course that's just my opinion. And I was stupid enough to referee the "fight" between you and Jonny in the bar at convention.
