I don't know of any non-plastic masks available. Seems like everything now-a-days is made of some kind of plastic. You say the lady can't take the smell of the plastic… is it the plastic itself or the solvents and such that may be evaporating from the plastic. You know…like the scum on the inside of your car windshield from the chemicals cooking out of the plastic dashboard. Has the lady given the mask a good cleaning and then tried it? Maybe it would help, maybe not. I've wondered if a scuba diving regulator (breath through the mouth, exhale through the nose) would work. It seems like that would deliver near 100 percent O2. But, they're made of plastic also and maybe they can't be adapted to and O2 bottle (threads may be backwards). Sorry I don't know any more than this.
