I haven't been here in a while, it's been about 18 months since I ended my last cycle. And 18 months or so is usually my PF cycle time. Anyways, I have a quick question. This evening I think I experienced a ghost CH, it was the pressure that usually precedes and follows my CH right above and behind my right eye. But its gone now, and no CH. This has never occurred for me before. Has anyone else begun a cycle with "ghosts" but no CH? If so, I need to get in to see my md, because I have no meds in the house. Thanks for any info...K
