Hi Jeremy, I know exactly how you feel, after reading your post I think tou should try lithium, it's not a magic bullet and may take a week or two to kick in, but you don't have many options left as far as I know. The stuff ain't much fun (memeory loss, trembling and so on) some tolerate it better than others. I take 900 mg/day 3 x 300/mg lithobid SR, I was shifted off of this paticular drug by my hmo to a generic, the generic stuff did not work for me so try to stay with a name brand.
