I quit smoking between my last episode and the current one. I haven't noticed in difference between this episode and the episodes that I had while I was still an active smoker. With regard to drinking, my experience is the same as everyone else's: you'd have to be crazy to touch alcohol during a cluster period. I usually wait until it's been at least two weeks since I last had an attack before I'll even have a bowl of rum-raisin ice cream.
