30 min ago I sprang out of bed with an impending monster of a CH. I grabbed the O2--nothing. Then I thought why not try some of the suggestions? I drank a bunch of water, I ate something, then I jumped into a cold shower--i returned to the o2 and actually aborted the HA! What a pleasant surprise. I will sleep peacefully tonight.
