we call it a shadow , when you feel it's there ..but you're not in excruciating pain .
It's those " in- betweens" .
For instance I'd feel that the area around my eye / jaw/ temple etc feels like it's burning ..kind of tingling , ..It's a little difficlut to describe . But it's not the pain where you'd close your eye and hit yourself in the face ..
YOu feel it's there and could come on any time .
That's a " shadow "
