HI Irene, One doctor wanted to do that to me but my pain doctor said no, not sure why? I know it's good for muscles in the face. What I understand is that they last about 4 mos, cost about $650. and your face on that side will droop for that time.
But I've also read they are good for Hemi-facial spasms. It is a poison but doesn't hurt us.

I get steroid injections up my face that stopped my last cycle. Got one today to see if it will stop this cycle...but you know how that goes...but it's my only hope since alot of the meds I can't take.
