I was put on predisone Sunday. I've had these
clusters for about 3 weeks now. I'm not crazy
about being on predisone either but I did not
have a CH last night and have not had one today.
I believe my headache today is from weather and
my sinsus. Very doable headache compare to a
cluster.

The only thing that was stopping my cluster was
the injection of imitrex. It worked in about
10-15 minutes for me. The pills and nose spray
really didn't help. Ask him for a sample like
my doctor gave me to try and see if it works.
That's what my doctor did for me. He just gave
me somemore samples because insurance is being
a butt.

I go back to him on Thursday and I'm going to
ask about the oxgyen. It sure can't hurt.

Just watch for the side effects of predisone
call your Dr. if they get bad. If you read
any of the pamplets on the stuff we take, it's
not good, but sometimes you have to try.
Maybe it can break the cycle quickly.

Hope you do well!!!!!
