Can be some confusion at first,imformation some doctors have seems to be outdated. They mean well. You have an HMO? If you are lucky it maybe a PPO. If so you can make an apointment with neurologest yourself, explain your situation and you might have to be a little pushy, and it may be a little wait for an appoinment. Choose a Doctor from the list provided by insurance company. If you don't have a PPO, you may have to be quite rude with your primary, remember they are working for you, insurance company only pays them.
