HI Tony! I get steroid injections here in the states by an MDanesthesiologist at a pain clinic.
It broke a year long cycle I was having. But I got injections every 10 days or so and it took about a month and a half.
This cycle the injections have kept the attacks down to 3's & 4's and days I have no attacks.
I'm glad they are working for you!
