The major side-effect that I’ve found is constipation and that was when I was taking 480 mg. a day. A small glass of prune juice a day took care of the constipation. As a couple of other people have noted, you really ought to be taking at least 360 mg. a day for it to do you any good. I’m still taking 120 mg. a day just to handle the shadows. At this low dosage, I don’t notice any side-effects at all.
