Yea, I have seen Blue Velvet and HAVE thought about that scene while huffing 02. I play a reissue P bass and use an SVT rig; they rule but weigh a ton. I have an old band master cab. woith two 12" inch EV's. Much more convienient.
I want a Rick also: I have tendonitis and rick's are easier to play. Plus They growl real deep!
