Hello Board,
Tomorrow they will bring me my first tank of O2. It is ordered at 6 liters. My question is, when I start feeling the cluster headache, do I start the O2 then, and how long do I keep inhaling it? Mine last 45 minutes to several hours. Feel like this may be a stupid question, if so, oh well, but I need to know what is the best way to do this. I am getting an H tank. This is all new to me. Should I keep it just for the really really bad ones, or try it on all level of headaches?
