I was diagnosed with ch about a month ago. I was lucky, I was diagnosed two weeks after the headaches started. My "cycle" lasted about three weeks. I was taking verapamil and indomethacin. They helped immensely. I didn't have an m.r.i. I have read that it is recommend that all ch sufferers have one to rule out a benign brain tumor near the internal carotid. Should I ask my DR. to order one? He diagnosed mainly on my quite obvious Horner's syndrome. I have had migraines in the past and had an M.R.I. It was fine. I just need some opinions. I don't want to seem like a pain in the ass to him. Thank you....
