I thought about behavioral and/or environmental factors, too, but it would probably be more difficult to develop a link between individual risk factors like that and the onset of CH. Considering the apparently braod spectrum of people who develop CH, including people who work in office settings and those who don't, and people who live in all areas, it wouild probably be difficult to point to establish a correlation between environmental factors and the propensity to have CH (as opposed to the onset of individual episodes). As for the onset of episodes, that could very well have to do with the same sort of behavioral factors that distinguish men from women in other areas. For example, if the consumption (and manner of consumption) of alcohol is a factor, would investigation reveal more among men than women, and more among male CH sufferers than among femal CHers? I'd love to se this sort of thing addressed in a more detailed survey. Anyone else have any thoughts?
