John I asked one of my customers that is an HR Manger the legal side of firing someone with CH. I agree with you that each State has its on rules and laws. Here in Georgia we have a "Fire At Will" law. They don't have to have a reason to let you go. However, this may come into play for someone having CH if they signed papers in the Personel Office in regards to the American Disabilities Act and also the Families Medical Leave Act or something like that.

This issue came up lately when one of our family members lost his job due to CH. Out too many days with CH. His company knew he was a sufferer from CH prior to his hiring. He was very upset and pleading with anyone that knew what legal right he had to advise him. Most advised him to get a lawyer. What would you have suggested? The same?
