I get the same pressure behind my right eye before each CH. The difference is sometimes the CH comes on very quickly after I feel the pressure or sometimes not at all. When I have had several bad ones I get very anxious when a get that feeling. After a few months of bad ones I'm in terrible shape (why me, I can't take it any more, etc.). I do have many good months each year, but it is hard to think of those during a long bad period. Hang in there, I really do care. Steve
