Very interesting! I too am a left side Cluster sufferer. I also experience a left ear ringing sensation. I’ve always associated this to the fact that my Bass player, (who keeps his amp at 11 to the left of me), likes to play LOUD. One of the “precursors” to the pain of an attack, (stuffy left nostril, droopy left eyelid), is sometimes ringing in my left ear. Hmmmm?
