After all these years, oxygen works for me. Size H pressure tank, with regulator set to 7 liter flow rate just as the medical textbooks recommend...I breathe deeply through a face mask, and relief comes in just a few minutes. I continue the treatment (to guard against a rebound headache) for several minutes, totalling no more than 30 minutes per use...but I can do this with complete safety as often as necessary. The biggest problem hasn't been educating the doctor, their staff, the physician practice group, or the insurer, but rather the moronic subcontracting medical supply companies that routinely screw up the doctor's orders by delivering geriatric-style oxygen supply with nasal canulas instead of clean replacement facial masks (without which the equipment won't work). Just happened again today, as always. Someday, maybe our lot will be better understood. I've worked hard to spread the word around. Good luck to all, and cheers.
