Hi Angela....I stumbled across this site about 5 weeks ago, and couldn't believe I'd found it. It's got me through some dark days, and given me new hopes, with new medications. Your poem was lovely....there seem to be quite a few terrific poets on the board. How long have you had them, and what have you tried? I am always interested in the women who get these vile CH, as we apparently are very much in the minority. I've had them for 24 years, and way back when, in England, there was no name for them, and you just swallowed handfuls of over the counter meds. Boy, have times changed.
