I am assuming by the reply letters you've given, that no one out there has ever received some type of dissability due to this headache phenomenom. I guess now it's time to play "lawyer" and do further investigating on my own. Heck, doing SS's "more information needed" is what got me to this web sight. Go figure, they are not only the slowest, best excuse makers known to man, but they are definately cold, and truely un-interested in their own species' well being. Hey, here's a new slogan...." If you don't really care...get the hell out of there!"
So if anyone can give me any input, personal experiences or otherwise, (with SS.) I'm launching my own investigation I guess, and any information would be usefull. Especially if it's not in the rules and regulations guide... I need to find out all the real facts on this operation.
I forgot to mention that if he is turned down again (who knows what century it may be) an attorney is prepaired to take over the case for him... but they can't step in untill he's officially turned down. They might owe him "back pay" (for his work related injury) for 2 years. Wouldn't that be something? But as I was saying "indicision" is a nice comfortable "we no pay now" zone for them, because his attorney is confident he will win, and is ready and waiting to jump on them.

Thank-you for listening everyone
(I forgot to write any hello or good-bye's in my last 2 letters, sorry.)

Mindy

Yuck, I just realized SS. with all their slowness has a day off coming up... I hope they get a headache!!!
