My husband is 67 and is just coming out of one of the worst episodes of his life. Seems the less stress and activity he has, the harder these hit him. If Dr. Goadsby is right and there's too much grey matter around the hypothalamus, then we can hope that as the brain shrinks with age, then the clusters might end. Maybe????
