I start coming down off my taper tomorrow. I
don't think that they're gone yet, but just to go
a week+ without 4-6 imitrex shots per day is
worth a lot. I know the prednisone is not good
for you, but you have to wonder if all that
imitrex is good for you either.
I think that I will take Jackie's advice. I will
go a few days after the taper is over and see if
they come back (I'm thinking now that they might).
Then I will go back on a second taper.
Unfortunately, I am leaving on a business trip to
Japan a week from Sunday. I went there once
during a cluster cycle and it was an absolue
disaster. They're not allowed to sell imitrex in
Japan. This time, I'm going with a bottle of
prednisone, my verapamil, and 2-a-day injections
for 5 days.
