My husband and I were camping once here in AR. He went for a walk to check out the people and campground. My husband, who has been chronic for 28 years, saw a woman sitting on a picnic table in OBVIOUS great pain. She was sitting there holding her head in both of her hands massaging her temples. Fearing she had a horrible headache he came to me to see if I would go ask her if we could help. He felt she would be more comfortable talking to a strange woman than to a strange man. I do understand these headaches and went to her to offer ANY help that we could give her to get her through her pain. I carefully approached her and asked her if she was having a headache and if I could help her. She turned to me and looked TOTALLY bewildered and said NO!! I was praying!!!!
Talk about feeling foolish. Thanks to all that wrote on your "moments", I hope my special moment brought some laughter to you.
