At work is where mine started, it was the printers and copy machines. They kick out a ton of toner. Just entering a building that uses a copier or laser printer now will set off 3 or 4 days of hell for me. I mean BIG ones! While working in an office each attack got worse. I got up to 6 per day of the killers. I only discovered it when my clerk was gone for a month. BUT don't make the mistake I made! If you think this could be the cause get help through your job. Disability, move the printers, move the copy machines, anything!... I walked out "was a mental mess at the time". Check it out and if you think it's a trigger make them fix it! do not back down..
