I've shared before my little journey to discovering the exercise routine to abort headaches. Many times in the past, after fighting a 10 for a couple of hours, I've gotten sick and vomited. The headache disappears shortly after vomiting. I always attributed it to the physical exertion. Here's something I read last night in the "Nutrition Health Review": Migraine sufferers often report that the headches stop after they have vomited. Vomiting stimulates intestinal motility and raises blood serotonin.

Do I think I have migraines? NO! But CH reacts much the same as migraine when it comes to serotonin. It explains why my HA would disappear after I got sick. Now I wonder if the exercise routine results in serotonin increase. I assumed it was the heavy breathing from the exercise that aborted the HA. Gotta rethink & research this now.

Good morning to ya all.
