I'm using Zomig as my emergency "rescue" med during this current cluster cycle. I like it much better than Imitrex. Available only in oral tabs, so you cannot get the immediate relief of an Imitrex injection, but I am beginning to suspect that Zomig may not cause rebound as much as Imitrex can, and the side effects are much milder.
