Oxygen has no odor. The mask will, but it just smells like plastic to me, and I never noticed the plastic smell getting stronger at bottom of tank.
I don't think I've ever had blurred vision due to clusters or treatments. During a really bad long all-nighter (thankfully very rare, usually 30-90 minutes each), have seen stars when sneezed during a headache.
