A quick check of MEDLINE covering 10-years showed only one report specific to cluster--and that was from Spain. Clearly, this is not a question of much interest!

One study done in Baltimore County, Maryland provided this racial distribution on migraine: Caucasians, 20.4%; African-American, 16.2%; Asian, 9.2%.

The authors "suggested" these differences were genetic and not a result of socioeconomic status, diet, etc.
