I live in Phoenix and the overnight temperature
the last week has been 38 or 40 degrees F. Since
breathing cold air worked well for me and then
seemed lately to be less effective. And because
oxygen seemed to be working pretty well again I
decided to combine the two by leaving the oxygen
tank out on the back porch.

I can't prove anything, but when I've done that it
does seem to work even quicker than normal. Come
to think of it, the way I started doing it was
that I had left my tank out in my pickup by
mistake and woke up with a headache. I decided to
sit out there in the cold rather than bring it in.
It stopped the headache in just a minute or
two after it was already quite painfulg. Often
when the pain is already bad the O2 won't work at
all.

But if I lived in a cold part of the world, I
would be afraid of getting the O2 too cold
outside. And next summer I might try that hose in the freezer trick. I need to go buy more tubing.
